Type At Home Scams

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Type at home scams, unfortunately, are rather prevalent on the internet today. This is due to more and more people going online to find a decent way to make money, and unscrupulous marketers taking advantage of those hoping to add to their current income, or work from home full time.
But how is it possible to avoid the many type at home scams and choose a program that is legitimate? First of all it is important to do your research online. A program’s credibility is easily made or ruined on the Internet so don’t be afraid to look it up on the search engines. You will most likely come across information pertaining to the opportunity telling whether it is a scam or legitimate.

Do not fall for the promise of riches within days of starting a program and only doing it for 30 minutes a day. You will likely have to spend much longer than 30 minutes a day, especially in the beginning while you learn the system. You will not become rich overnight with type at home despite what the programs may say. However, programs that promise this are not always scams. The reason I say this is that there probably ARE people making A LOT of money with the programs. It’s just important to remember that you are highly unlikely to make such a lot of money straight away with so little work. Be realistic about what you can earn.

Always choose a program with a money back guarantee. This will give you a chance to get a refund if you find the program is not for you. Guarantees are usually 30 – 60 days depending on the program. However, don’t avail of a refund without trying it for the 30 days. You need that time to learn the system and start becoming successful.

If you are tired of researching type at home scams and trying to find a legitimate typing work at home opportunity then look no further. We have done the research for you. We joined and carefully researched 20 of the ‘top’ type at home programs to find out the truth, and came out with our 3 top picks – many of the others made us no money at all or turned out to be complete scams.

Today I’m going to talk about using Google’s Hottest Trends to your advantage to make quick money. If you go to Google’s Hot Trends page, you’ll see 100 keywords listed in order of the most popular to least popular. This screen shows you what people are actually searching for and it is updated hourly. This can tell you what people are interested in, particularly now during the Christmas season when people do a lot of online shopping.

To find a list of keywords from the Hot Trends page that you can monetize, you need to look for the products or information that people are searching for. When choosing a product from the list of hot keywords, choose a product that isn’t associated with a particular state or region. Also make sure that the keyword hasn’t soared to the top of the list because of negative press regarding the product, such as deaths or accidents, poisoning, etc. Read the rest of this entry »

Facebook Ads

Facebook just announced the launch of Facebook Ads yesterday at Ad:Tech in New York. There are three elements to Facebook Ads,

Facebook Beacon

Enable your customers to share the actions they take on your website with their Facebook friends.

Add 3 lines of code and reach millions of users.

Simply determine which user actions you would like publish to Facebook and add a few lines of code to your web page. Facebook Beacon actions include purchasing a product, signing up for a service, adding an item to a wish list, and more. When a user performs the action, they will be alerted that your website is sending a story to their profile and have a chance to opt out. No additional user action is needed for the story to be published on Facebook, and users remain in control of their information. Read the rest of this entry »

Mixx - Digg Clone

There’s a new kid in town … Mixx.com, a Digg-like site that has all of the features of Digg but less of the headache. If you’ve been an active Digger, chances are you’ve gotten at least one Digg account banned. The admins of Digg are quite trigger happy when it comes to the ban button. It is against their terms of service to even submit a page that has affiliate links on it and they use this rule selectively to ban people who are submitting their own affiliate sites rather than the original article or video. By selectively, I mean .. well, it just depends on who you are, I guess. Try to find one article that makes the front page that isn’t hawking something and you will be hard pressed to find one. For instance, the new top story right now is hawking Ambien CR and is on the front page with only 37 Diggs … but I’m on my 3rd Digg account for submitting interesting articles from my blogs … go figure.
