Thanks for the great list of plugins. Quite a few of them are already in use on my blogs.
I took a big leap today to use the WordPress Automatic Update plugin.
I was nervous as heck, because I didn’t want to see any errors come up.
Well I am happy to say that the install/update went perfect and I completed the WP Version Update on 3 blogs in less then 30 minutes!

Thanks for the list of resources. However, given the nature of the online marketing, if the business is “The Steak” and the perception created by most of the ad copy out there is “The Sizzle”, I’d offer that most folks really don’t want “The Steak” They want “The Sizzle”. I say this to say that my promoting anything that suggests a lot of effort is involved such as monetizing a blog can sometimes be an uphill struggle.

This is a great list of plugins. It’s really amazing how many cool things you can do with WordPress. I still regret having started off with blogger (and about half of my blogs are still on blogger.) ARGH.

Hey, great post. Even this post’s title caught my attention!

You definitely have a knack for it. I see I need to work on it.

I only hit it with one so far. I went from averaging 500-600 daily hits to 3,097 one day.
